Automated Cashback & Loyalty System
Built a QR-based customer loyalty and cashback system for an industrial manufacturer to establish direct relationships with end users and increase brand stickiness.
The Challenge
An industrial manufacturer had no direct relationship with end users - all transactions happened via distributors, cutting the manufacturer off from valuable end-user insights. Without customer data, it was impossible to segment, target, or retain actual users. End users often defaulted to distributor preferences, limiting brand loyalty.
What We Built
A lightweight yet powerful campaign infrastructure including: QR-based cashback system deployed in product packaging, mobile-first forms for data capture, automated payout system linked with UPI platforms via Razorpay X, and a backend database to manage and analyze customer data.
Built on Make.com with Cloudflare Workers, Razorpay X Payout APIs, Google Sheets, and WP Fluent Forms for the customer-facing interface.
The Results
Improved customer loyalty and increase in sales by 5 to 10%. Direct engagement with new end-user customers that was previously impossible. Automated cashback payouts eliminated manual processing. The system is being expanded across more product lines with tiered cashback for premium SKUs.
