Multi-User Production Dashboard

The Challenge

A copper wire manufacturer had a complex and manual process for tracking production data, resulting in inefficiencies and delays in order fulfilment. Disjointed data systems led to errors, manual tracking caused delays in the dispatch process, and there was high dependency on team members for real-time updates.

What We Built

We built a multi-user dashboard on Bubble.io that gives the team live visibility into every production stage. Cloud integration through Cloudflare Workers handles report generation, and PrintNode API handles direct printing — no manual steps in between.

The system includes modules for production data, input/output stages, drawing stages, order management, cashback processing, and dispatch tracking - all accessible through role-based secured access.
