For founders who shipped with AI

You shipped it. Now find out what's wrong with it.

You built something real with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or v0. It works. But you have a quiet feeling that something in there will break, and no way to find out what. A senior engineer spends a day on it and tells you plainly.

$100 one-time · report within 48 hours

Nothing is charged to book. We do the call, send the report, then invoice. If the honest answer is that your build is fine as it is, that is what the report will say.

This is for you if

Most people who book this say some version of one of these.

  • “It works, but I do not really understand how, and I am afraid to change anything.”
  • “I know there are security holes in here. I just do not know where they are.”
  • “It looks like every other AI-built product and I cannot say why.”
  • “It is fine with ten users. I have no idea what happens with a thousand.”
  • “I am about to show this to an investor or a real customer.”
  • “I need someone senior to look at it who is not trying to sell me a rebuild.”

What gets checked

Six areas. This is the whole scope, so you know exactly what you are buying and we know exactly what we owe you.

01

Security and access

API keys shipped to the browser, endpoints anyone can call, auth that checks the frontend but not the backend, missing row-level rules on your database. This is where AI builders most often leave the door open, because nothing visibly breaks.

02

Data model

Whether your schema survives the next thousand records. Missing indexes, relationships modelled as duplicated columns, no migration path, and the tables you will regret when you need to report on them.

03

What breaks at scale

We work out where it falls over: at 100 users, 1,000, or 10,000. Queries that run once per row, unbounded model calls, and the per-request costs that turn a working product into an expensive one.

04

Failure handling

What happens when a third-party call times out, a payment webhook arrives twice, or a job half-finishes. Generated code is usually written for the happy path only, and silent failure is the normal result.

05

Interface and usability

Why it reads as generated: the default palette, the identical section rhythm, type that is too small, mobile layouts that overflow. Plus the specific places users get stuck or drop out.

06

Deploy and operations

Secrets committed to the repository, one environment doing the job of three, no backups, no error monitoring. The things that are fine until the first bad day.

How it runs

Before

You send read access to the repo or project and a link to the live version. Takes you five minutes.

The call

30 minutes. You walk us through what it does and where you are worried. We ask the questions that decide where to dig.

Within 48 hours

A written report: every finding ranked by severity, what it costs you, and how to fix it. Then an invoice for $100.

When not to book this

Three cases where you would be wasting your money. We would rather say so here than on the call.

  • You have not shipped anything yet. There is nothing to audit — book the free workflow call instead.
  • You want someone to write the code. This is a review, not a build. If you need the fixes made, that is a separate quote.
  • You already have a senior engineer on the team. They will find most of this themselves.

Questions

What do I actually receive?

A written report within 48 hours of the call. Findings ranked by severity, each with what is wrong, what it will cost you if it stays, and how to fix it. It ends with a direct answer to the question you are really asking: harden what you have, or rebuild the part that will not survive.

Why is it only $100?

Because it is a first conversation, not a consulting engagement. The fee exists to make sure you are serious enough to act on the findings. If the report says you need help implementing, we will quote that separately, and you are under no obligation to take it.

How is this different from the free workflow audit?

Different problem entirely. The free audit looks at how a business operates and where automation would pay off. This looks at a product you have already built and tells you what is wrong with it. If you are an operations team rather than a founder with an app, you want the free one.

What do you need from me?

Read access to the repository or project, a link to the live version, and 30 minutes on a call to explain what it does and where you are worried. If the code sits inside a no-code platform, a shared view of the workspace works.

Will you tell me my code is bad and then sell me a rebuild?

No. Plenty of vibe-coded products are fine for their stage and the honest answer is to leave them alone. If that is the case we will say so in writing, which is worth $100 on its own.

When do I pay?

After the call, by invoice. Nothing is collected on this site and you are not charged to book.

Find out before your users do

One call, one report, $100 invoiced afterwards. Worst case you learn your build is solid and you stop worrying about it.
