What this actually costs

Most agencies make you book a call to find out. Here is the range, what moves it, and what we will tell you for free.

Projects run $5K - $50K. Scope is fixed before we start and the price does not move. There is no hourly billing. Every engagement begins with a free discovery call and audit, and the exact figure is confirmed in a written proposal.

Discovery Call

Free

30 minutes

We scope the problem, map your current stack, and tell you what is worth automating first. No pitch deck. If an off-the-shelf tool solves it, we will say so.

Fixed scope, fixed price

Most engagements land here. Scope is agreed up front and the price does not move. Focused single-workflow builds start around $5K; multi-domain systems with several integrations run $25K-$50K.

What moves the number

The range is wide because these five things vary a lot between businesses. Knowing where you sit will tell you roughly where you land.

Costs more

Number of systems involved

Each additional system is another API, another set of edge cases, and another thing that can change under you. Two systems is straightforward; six is a different project.

Costs more

Whether your data is clean

Duplicate records, inconsistent naming and missing IDs are usually the real work. We find this during the audit rather than discovering it mid-build.

Costs more

Systems without a real API

Tally, older ERPs and some in-house software need a bridge rather than a direct connection. It is very doable — it is just more work than a documented REST API.

Costs less

A clearly defined process

If your team already agrees on how the workflow should run, we build it. If the process itself is unresolved, we map it first, and that takes time.

Costs less

Starting narrow

One workflow shipped and adopted beats five half-built. Narrow first engagements are cheaper, faster, and tell us both whether to keep going.

Questions people actually ask

Why is there no fixed price list?

Because every engagement is custom work. A published per-service price would either be so padded it is useless or so low it is dishonest. The range on this page is real: most projects land inside it, and the exact figure is set in a written proposal after the audit.

Do you charge hourly?

No. Project work is fixed scope for a fixed price, agreed before we start. Hourly billing rewards slowness and makes budgeting impossible for you. Retainers are the one exception, where scope is genuinely open-ended.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

We agree a change in writing before doing the work, and you decide whether it is worth it. What we do not do is silently absorb scope and then present a larger invoice at the end.

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes, and it is genuinely useful on its own. You get our read on what is worth automating and roughly what it would take. Some people take that away and do it in-house, which is a fine outcome.

Do you work with smaller budgets?

Sometimes. Below the range on this page a custom build is usually the wrong answer, and we will normally point you at an off-the-shelf tool instead. That is a better outcome for you than a project that is underfunded from the start.
