What do you build?
Automations, AI agents, internal tools and portals, integrations, and document and finance workflows. Across sales, finance, support, operations and people teams. We also take over vibe-coded apps and make them production-grade.
Which tools do you build on?
The ones you already run where we can: your CRM, accounting software, store and helpdesk. For the system itself we use Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Retool, Supabase, Vercel, and Claude or OpenAI through their business APIs. Every account is in your name.
How long until something is live?
The Automation Audit takes one to two weeks. Builds run in two-week sprints and go live in 2 to 8 weeks, with working software at every second Friday review. Small automations are often running inside the first sprint.
What does it cost?
The Automation Audit is $500 and is credited in full to your build. Builds are fixed scope and fixed price from $2,500, with 60 days of hypercare included. Care plans start at $1,000 a month. Nothing is billed by the hour.
Can you connect to our existing systems?
Yes. We integrate through APIs with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Tally, Zendesk, Slack and Microsoft 365, and with in-house systems that have an API or a database we can read.
Who owns what we build?
You do. Admin access, billing, app connections, code and documentation sit in accounts in your name. If you leave, it keeps running. That is written into every statement of work.
What happens after go-live?
Sixty days of hypercare are included: the engineers who built it stay on call, fix what breaks and tune what the team asks for. After that you can take a care plan or run it yourself with the handover documentation.
