In short

Automate is SBD’s core offer: the workflows and AI agents that take repetitive work off your team. Orders that invoice themselves, leads qualified and booked within minutes, tickets triaged, reports that build overnight. We connect the tools you already run, add AI only where judgement is needed, and hand over a system in your accounts with monitoring and documentation. It starts with a $500 audit; builds run from $2,500, one-time.

Is this you?

If three of these sound like your week, automation is the place to start.

  • Someone re-types data from one tool into another every day
  • Status is found by asking a person, not by looking
  • Leads or tickets wait for someone to notice them
  • A weekly report takes a day to build
  • You have Zaps or scenarios nobody fully understands

What this is not

So the scope is clear before the call.

  • Automating a process nobody has agreed on yet. The audit settles that first.
  • Unattended AI that acts on customers without a rule or a person behind it.

What we have built

Automate in practice.

Automate

Nothing typed twice.

Bring the task your team repeats most. We will show you the workflow that would take it over, and what stays with a person.

How it runs

Automate, step by step.

  1. 1Audit

We map the manual work: where it happens, how long it takes, which tools are involved.

  2. 2Blueprint

Each workflow is drawn end to end, with the rules, the AI steps and the approvals marked.

  3. 3Build

Workflows and agents go live one at a time, each tested on real data before it replaces the manual step.

  4. 4Run

Monitoring, retries and a person on call. Adoption tracked until the manual way is retired.

What you get

  • Workflows across your existing tools, with reconciliation and retries
  • AI agents for the judgement steps, with human approval where it matters
  • An audit trail of every automated action
  • Documentation and training

How we know it is done

  • Each workflow replaces a measured manual step and the hours saved are reported
  • No automation runs without monitoring and a retry path
  • Your team can pause, edit or extend every workflow

What you own

  • Every workflow and agent, in your accounts
  • The integrations and credentials
  • The audit trail
  • The documentation

Customer stories.

“The goal is not more automation. It is fewer things your team has to remember to do.”

Pranav Mahaveer, Founder

How it starts

Every project starts with an audit.

One to two weeks with the people who do the work. A costed blueprint in order of payback. The $500 is credited in full to the build.

  • Audit1 to 2 weeks. $500, credited to your build.
  • BlueprintIncluded in the audit’s second week. Included with the Audit; quoted separately for multi-phase programmes.
  • Build2 to 8 weeks. From $2,500 one-time; most builds $5,000 to $15,000.
  • Run60 days of hypercare, then monthly. Hypercare included; care plans from $1,000/month.

Questions

What people ask about automation.

Zapier, Make or n8n?

Whichever fits the volume, the tools and your team’s comfort. Zapier for breadth and ease, Make for complex branching at low cost, n8n when volume is high or data must stay in your own infrastructure. We publish a comparison with real prices.

Where do you use AI, and where not?

Fixed rules wherever a step runs the same way every time. AI where a step needs reading, classifying or drafting. An agent only for multi-step work with a clear goal, with a person approving the outcome. Most operations are mostly rules.

Our Zaps keep breaking. Can you fix that?

Yes. Automation rescue starts with an audit of what exists, then consolidates, documents and adds monitoring. Often half the automations can be removed.

Who owns the code, the workflows and the accounts?

You do, from the first sprint. Every tool, automation and database lives in accounts in your name. Code sits in your repository. Documentation is part of the deliverable. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running.

Do you bill by the hour?

Not for builds. Scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts. The only hourly-shaped offer is Extend, where you book a named specialist in prepaid blocks that roll over.

Thirty minutes. Bring the work your team still does by hand. You leave with a yes or no on fit and the first thing we would build.
