The report

In short

The Automation Audit is a one-to-two-week study of how your operations run today. We sit with the people doing the work, map every tool and handoff, and measure where the hours go. You receive a written report: findings ranked by severity, each with a fixed price to fix and the hours it returns. The fee, $500, is credited in full to a build within 90 days.

How it runs

Step by step.

  1. 1Days 1 to 2

Kick-off with your named owner. Read access to the systems in scope. We agree which teams and processes the audit covers.

  2. 2Days 3 to 7

We sit with the people doing the work, on a screen share or on site. Each process is mapped as it runs today, not as the SOP says.

  3. 3Days 8 to 9

Findings are written up by severity, with the hours lost per week, the tools involved and a fixed price to fix each one.

  4. 4Day 10

Walkthrough with your team. You keep the report, the process maps and the plan, whether or not you build with us.

What you get

  • Process maps for every workflow in scope, as it runs today
  • Findings by severity: hours lost per week, who is affected, root cause
  • A fixed price and time-box for each fix
  • A recommended first build and the metric it will move
  • The blueprint for that first build, included

How we know it is done

  • Every process in scope is mapped and reviewed by the person who runs it
  • Each finding has a measured baseline (hours, errors or delay)
  • Each fix has a price, a time-box and an owner
  • You can act on the report with or without SBD

What you own

  • The report
  • The process maps
  • The plan and prices
  • Nothing to return, nothing to cancel

Proof

Customer stories.

“Most audits tell you what you already suspected. Ours tells you what it costs, in hours and in dollars, and what fixing it is worth.”

Questions

What people ask about the audit.

What if the audit finds nothing worth automating?

Then the report says so, with the reasons. That happens in roughly one case in ten. You keep the maps and pay the audit fee only if the report was useful to you; if it was not, you do not pay.

Is the fee really credited?

Yes. One hundred percent of the audit fee comes off any Build you start with us within 90 days of the report.

How much of our team’s time does it take?

About two hours for each person whose process is in scope, plus a one-hour kick-off and a one-hour walkthrough for your owner.

Can we audit one department only?

Yes. Most first audits cover one or two teams, usually operations and finance. The scope is agreed at kick-off and the price reflects it.

How and when do we pay?

Fixed-price work is invoiced in milestones: a deposit at kick-off, the balance at acceptance. Care plans are monthly in advance and cancel at any month end. Platform and model costs pass through at cost and are itemised.

Thirty minutes. Bring the work your team still does by hand. You leave with a yes or no on fit and the first thing we would build.
