Step back from operations
Stop being the person every question goes through.
In many growing companies the founder is the approval step, the status update and the only person who knows how things are done. We write down the decisions you make again and again, turn them into rules and tools the team can use, and send you only the ones that need you.
For founders and owners of companies of 5 to 100 people who cannot take a week off without the phone ringing.
fewer inbound status questions, for a wholesale jeweller
Read how it was measuredBefore and after
What changes in a normal week.
Today
- Staff message you to ask whether a discount, refund or purchase is all right.
- Customers call you directly because you are the one who knows where their order is.
- How to price a job or handle a complaint is knowledge only you have.
- A day out of the office means a backlog of questions when you get back.
After the build
- Requests within limits you set are approved by rule, and only the exceptions reach you.
- Customers check order status in a portal or get an update when it changes.
- Pricing rules and handling steps are written into the tools the team uses.
- You get one daily summary and can be away while the work carries on.
What we build

- Approval rules
Discounts, refunds and purchases approved by limit and role, with exceptions sent to you on your phone.
- Customer status portal
A login where customers check their own orders, so fewer status calls come to you.
- Playbooks inside the tools
Your pricing and handling rules turned into forms and checklists that guide staff through each decision.
- Owner digest
A short daily summary of what happened, what was approved and what is waiting for you.

Questions
What people ask first.
My team will still ask me.
At first, yes. The habit changes when the tool answers faster than you do. We track which questions still reach you in the first weeks and add rules for the common ones.
What if a rule approves something I would have refused?
Rules start with tight limits, and anything approved by rule is logged for you to review. You loosen the limits as you see how they behave.
I do not have time to explain how everything works.
The audit runs over 1 to 2 weeks, and we take most of the detail from your team and from past emails and messages, so your time goes on the decisions only you can make.
Step back from operations
Bring one process your team still runs by hand.
On a discovery call we look at how it runs today and tell you what it would take to change it, with a price. The call is free.
