Cut software costs
Pay for fewer seats, fewer overlapping tools and fewer per-task fees.
Software bills creep up one subscription at a time: a seat for each new starter, a second tool that overlaps the first, and automation plans charged per task. We list what you pay for and what each tool is used for, then consolidate and rebuild where the saving is worth the work.
For owners and finance leads whose software spend has grown faster than their headcount.

What changes in a normal week.
Today
- You pay for three tools that each do part of the same job.
- Seats are bought for people who log in once a month to check one thing.
- Your Zapier bill goes up each time order volume does.
- Nobody owns the list of subscriptions, so unused ones keep renewing.
After the build
- Each job has one tool, and the overlapping subscriptions are cancelled.
- Occasional users see what they need through a portal or shared view with no paid seat.
- High-volume workflows run on n8n or code, where the cost does not rise with each task.
- A subscription register lists each tool with its owner, cost and renewal date.
What we build
The systems behind the change.
Built in your accounts, at a fixed price agreed after the audit. Builds start at $1,500.
- Tool and spend map
Each subscription listed with its cost, its users and what it is used for, with overlaps marked.
- Workflow migration
Zaps with high task counts rebuilt in n8n, self-hosted or cloud, and run side by side with the old ones before they are switched off.
- Portals for occasional users
Read-only or form-based access for people who do not need a full seat.
G
- Consolidated internal tool
Two or three overlapping apps replaced with one tool built around how your team works.
Proof
A team that has already made the change.
How it starts
Three steps, each with a price.
- 01Discovery call
Thirty minutes on the work your team does by hand. Free, and you leave with a yes or no on fit.
- 02Automation Audit, $500
One to two weeks with the people who do the work. Each fix gets hours saved and a fixed price. Credited to the build.
- 03Build, from $1,500
Two-week sprints in your accounts, then 60 days of hypercare by the same engineers.
Questions
What people ask first.
Is moving off Zapier worth the effort?
Not always. Low-volume zaps are often cheaper to leave where they are. We look at task counts and plan costs in the audit and only move the workflows where the saving covers the build.
Will the team lose features they rely on?
We list what each tool is used for before proposing a cut. If a feature only one tool has is in daily use, that tool stays or the feature is rebuilt before anything is cancelled.
Who looks after self-hosted tools?
Either your team or us, on a care plan from $50 a month. We set up monitoring and alerts so a stopped workflow is noticed the same day.

Bring one process your team still runs by hand.
On a discovery call we look at how it runs today and tell you what it would take to change it, with a price. The call is free.
