Save time
Give your team back the hours they lose to copying and chasing.
Most teams lose a day or more each week moving the same information between email, spreadsheets and systems. We measure where those hours go, automate the worst of it in the tools you already run, and measure again afterwards.
For owners and operations leads at companies of 5 to 1,000 people whose team spends part of every day retyping, chasing or checking.
less manual time on orders, for a building materials supplier
Read how it was measuredBefore and after
What changes in a normal week.
Today
- Orders arrive by email and get typed into a spreadsheet, then into the accounting system.
- Someone spends Monday morning building last week’s report by hand.
- Status questions from customers and colleagues are answered one message at a time.
- Nobody can say how many hours this takes, so it never gets fixed.
After the build
- Orders are read once and land in the system of record, with the invoice raised from the same record.
- The report is built overnight from live data and is waiting before anyone logs in.
- Customers and colleagues see status in a portal or get an update when it changes.
- Hours saved are measured against the audit baseline and reported back to you.
What we build
The systems behind the change.
Built in your accounts, at a fixed price agreed after the audit. Builds start at $1,500.
- Order and enquiry intake
Email, form and marketplace orders read once and written to one record, with exceptions sent to a person.
- Scheduled reports
The weekly pack pulled from your systems on a schedule, with a short written summary of what changed.
- Status without the chasing
A portal or automatic updates so people stop asking where things are.
Proof
A team that has already made the change.

Questions
What people ask first.
How do you know how much time we will save?
We do not guess. The $500 audit measures the hours each task takes today with the people who do it, and each fix is priced against those hours. After go-live we measure again.
Will we have to change our tools?
Usually not. We build on the tools you already run and only suggest a change when a tool cannot do the job.
What happens to the people whose work is automated?
That is your decision. Most clients use the time for work that was being put off: customers, follow-ups, growth. We report the hours; you decide where they go.
