Everything, at every stage

In short

Every SBD engagement follows four stages. Audit maps how the work runs and prices each fix. Blueprint designs the system on paper with acceptance criteria and a fixed quote. Build delivers working software every two weeks in your accounts. Run keeps it going with hypercare until adoption is met, then a care plan. You can stop after any stage and keep what you have.

How it runs

Step by step.

  1. 101 Audit

We sit with the people doing the work. Written findings by severity, each with a fixed price. The $500 fee is credited to the build.

  2. 202 Blueprint

The target system on paper: what is automated, what stays manual, the stack, the phases, the acceptance criteria, the quote.

  3. 303 Build

Two-week sprints with a named owner on your side, in your accounts. Working software every second Friday.

  4. 404 Run

Hypercare until the old way is retired, extended free until adoption is met. Then a care plan you can cancel any month.

How it starts

Every project starts with an audit.

One to two weeks with the people who do the work. A costed blueprint in order of payback. The $500 is credited in full to the build.

  • Audit1 to 2 weeks. $500, credited to your build.
  • BlueprintIncluded in the audit’s second week. Included with the Audit; quoted separately for multi-phase programmes.
  • Build2 to 8 weeks. From $2,500 one-time; most builds $5,000 to $15,000.
  • Run60 days of hypercare, then monthly. Hypercare included; care plans from $1,000/month.

Questions

What people ask about how we work.

Can we skip the audit?

If you already have a clear blueprint, yes: we quote the build from it. Most teams that skip the audit end up doing it in sprint one anyway, so we recommend it.

What are the four commitments?

You own it. Fixed price with no hourly billing. If the audit is not useful you do not pay. Hypercare extends free until adoption is met. All four are in every statement of work.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

We agree the change in writing before doing the work, with its price and its effect on the timeline. You decide whether it is worth it. We do not absorb scope quietly and present a larger invoice at the end.

Who owns the code, the workflows and the accounts?

You do, from the first sprint. Every tool, automation and database lives in accounts in your name. Code sits in your repository. Documentation is part of the deliverable. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running.

How and when do we pay?

Fixed-price work is invoiced in milestones: a deposit at kick-off, the balance at acceptance. Care plans are monthly in advance and cancel at any month end. Platform and model costs pass through at cost and are itemised.

Thirty minutes. Bring the work your team still does by hand. You leave with a yes or no on fit and the first thing we would build.
