Thirty minutes, with the people who build it
Bring one thing your team still does by hand.
No sales team. You talk to the founder and the engineer who would run your build. You leave with a yes or no on fit, a price band, and the first thing we would build.
Loading the calendar. If it does not appear, open it on Cal.com.
Times show in your time zone. You get a calendar invite with a video link straight away, a reminder the day before, and a two-line brief on what to bring.
- What to bring
- One workflow, the tools it touches, a rough hours-a-week
- What it costs
- The call is free. Audit $500, credited to the build. Builds fixed from $2,500.
- If we are not a fit
- We say so on the call and tell you what to fix first
How the thirty minutes go
- 0 to 10Your work
Which process, who runs it, how often, where it breaks. We ask for a number: hours a week, errors a month, days late.
- 10 to 20What we would build
Three sentences: the trigger, the system, the outcome. Which tools you keep and which step gets an AI agent.
- 20 to 30Fit and price
A straight answer. If it is worth doing, the price band and the audit date. If not, what to fix first, and no follow-up pitch.
Who you meet
A former operations lead who built sixty-plus automation systems and over a thousand workflows for teams of 1 to 1,000 people. Takes every first call. The engineer who would run your build joins.
About SBDNeed something the calendar cannot do?
Tell us, and a person replies within one business day.
A time outside the slots shown, a particular engineer, five people on the call, a call in another language, an NDA first, or a request that does not fit a form. Write it as you would say it.
About us, in four lines
SBD is a ten-person team of engineers and operations people. We build the automations, internal tools and AI agents that take repetitive work off teams of 1 to 1,000 people.
We start with an audit of the work your team does by hand, build in two-week sprints at a fixed price, and stay for sixty days after go-live. Every account, credential and line of code sits in your name.
Fit, on the call
Yes, no, or not yet, with the reason.
Audit, if it fits
One to two weeks, $500, credited. A costed blueprint either way.
Build, fixed price
Working software every second Friday. Sixty days of hypercare.
Before you book
The questions people ask first.
Is this a sales call?
It is a diagnosis. We ask about the work your team still does by hand, sketch what we would build, and tell you whether it is worth doing. If it is not, we say so and tell you what to fix first.
Who should join from our side?
The person who does the work, and if possible the person who decides. One is enough to start. If several people need to join, use the form above and we will set up a longer slot.
What does it cost after the call?
The Automation Audit is $500 and is credited in full to the build. Builds are fixed price from $2,500. Care plans start at $1,000 a month. Nothing is billed by the hour, and the price is written down before anything is built.
Do you work outside India?
Yes. Most clients are in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Gulf and India. Calls run in your time zone and accounts sit in your region.
Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. Send yours or ask for ours before the call. A data processing agreement is available for the build.
What if we already have a Zapier or n8n person?
Good. Bring them. Most of our builds sit beside what a team already runs, and the audit often finds the three workflows worth rebuilding properly and leaves the rest alone.
