Trust your numbers
Get one set of numbers everyone in the business agrees on.
When sales, finance and operations each keep their own spreadsheet, meetings start with a debate about whose figure is right. We bring the data into one database everyone reads from, agree what each number means, and build the reports from the live records.
For owners and finance leads who get different answers to the same question depending on who they ask.

What changes in a normal week.
Today
- Sales reports one revenue figure, finance reports another, and both are partly right.
- Reports are built from exports that were out of date when they were downloaded.
- Nobody is sure which version of the spreadsheet is current.
- Decisions wait until someone has reconciled the figures by hand.
After the build
- Revenue, margin and order counts have written definitions that each report uses.
- Dashboards read from the live records in your systems and refresh on a schedule.
- Each figure links back to the records behind it, so anyone can check it.
- Meetings start from the same dashboard and move on to the decision.
What we build
The systems behind the change.
Built in your accounts, at a fixed price agreed after the audit. Builds start at $1,500.
- Data consolidation
Records from your CRM, accounts and operations tools brought into one database with consistent customer and product IDs.
- Agreed metric definitions
A short written definition and a calculation for each number that matters, signed off by the people who report on it.
- Live dashboards
Views for the owner, finance and each team, all built on the consolidated data.
- Weekly written summary
A note on what moved and why, sent before the Monday meeting.
Proof
A team that has already made the change.

Questions
What people ask first.
We already have dashboards. Why are the numbers still wrong?
Usually because each dashboard reads from a different source or uses a different definition. We fix the data underneath before touching the charts.
Do we need a data warehouse?
We size that in the audit. Many teams are well served by a Postgres database with scheduled syncs, and we only recommend a warehouse when your volume calls for one.
Who keeps the definitions up to date?
A named owner on your side. We document each definition, and a care plan from $50 a month keeps the syncs maintained when your tools change.

On a discovery call we look at how it runs today and tell you what it would take to change it, with a price. The call is free.
