Fewer errors
Enter data once and stop the mistakes that come from retyping it.
Most data errors in a growing company come from a person copying a value from one screen into another. We connect your systems so information is entered once, checked on the way in, and passed on to the others without anyone typing it again.
For operations and finance leads who spend time finding and fixing wrong prices, quantities or customer details.

What changes in a normal week.
Today
- A price is changed in Shopify and forgotten in the eBay listing.
- Orders are copied from email into the order sheet and then into the accounts, with a chance of a typo each time.
- Mistakes are found by customers, or by finance at month end.
- Fixing one error means checking each system the value was copied into.
After the build
- Product changes are made in one place and pushed to each channel when they are saved.
- Orders are read from the email once, and the order sheet and the accounts are written from that record.
- Validation rules stop a missing PO number or an impossible quantity when the record is created.
- A daily comparison between systems lists any value that has drifted, with a link to fix it.
What we build
The systems behind the change.
Built in your accounts, at a fixed price agreed after the audit. Builds start at $1,500.
- Single point of entry
One form or master record for products, customers or orders, which the other systems read from.
- System-to-system sync
Changes passed between your store, CRM and accounts as they happen, with retries when a service is down.
- Validation at entry
Required fields, allowed ranges and lookups against your item master, applied before a record is saved.
- Drift check
A scheduled comparison that sends mismatches between systems to the person who owns that data.
Proof
A team that has already made the change.

Questions
What people ask first.
Which system becomes the master?
We agree that in the audit, field by field if needed. Usually it is the system where the value is first known, such as the store for stock levels or the accounts for amounts paid.
What happens when a sync fails?
It retries, and if it still fails a named person gets a message with the record and the error. Failures are logged so you can see how often they happen and why.
Our data is already messy. Can you still do this?
Yes, but cleaning comes first. We include a one-off clean-up of the records the build depends on, and the audit tells you how big that job is before you commit.
