Marketplace price and MOP breach tracker
Tracks the selling price of every product on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto and Instamart on a schedule, compares it with the minimum operating price (MOP), and produces breach reports per channel. It replaces a Retool app, eight Retool workflows and a Google Sheet product master.

Error monitoring
The story
Before and after.
Before
- A Retool app, eight Retool workflows and a Google Sheet as the product master
- Proxy login written in plain text inside the scraper scripts
- Price checks spread across tools nobody could change safely
After
- One app from product master to breach report
- Scheduled runs on every channel, queued and retried on their own
- Credentials held as environment secrets, not in code
What success looks like
- The channel team sees every product sold below MOP the morning after it happens
- Reports go to marketplaces as Excel or PDF without anyone building them
- Any change to a product or price can be traced and undone
What changed for the team
Staff manage products and links in the app instead of a shared sheet, and the admin controls who can change what.
How we support it
Built on the SBD foundation: error monitoring from day one, a written runbook and handover, and changes handled as defect, refinement or new work.
Care plans start at $50 a month.
