Lead capture and follow-up for a marketing agency
Two Make scenarios built as a proposal. A form submission sends a personal welcome email with a booking link, adds or updates the lead in Airtable, posts to Slack and opens a Trello card. If no call is booked within 48 hours, a second scenario sends a follow-up and marks the lead.
A working concept built for a prospective client, shown with sample data.

What it does
- New and returning leads handled differently in the CRM
- Team alert in Slack with name, services and budget
- Follow-up only when no reply or booking arrives in 48 hours
The brief
What it was designed to change
Before
- Leads from the website and social forms copied into the CRM by hand
- No reliable follow-up when a lead did not book a call
With the tool
- Every lead welcomed, recorded, announced to the team and given a project card automatically
- A follow-up goes out only when no reply or booking arrives in 48 hours
What success looks like
- No lead waits for someone to notice it
- No lead falls through without a follow-up
What changed for the team
The team gets a Slack alert with what they need and spends its time on the call, not the admin.
Where it goes next
Built as a proposal. The same scenarios can run on the CRM the agency already uses: Airtable, Google Sheets or another.
