For Supabase and Vercel teams
Hardening and extending apps built on Supabase and Vercel.
A lot of new internal tools and products now start in Lovable, Bolt or Cursor and land on Supabase and Vercel. Getting to a working screen is fast. Row-level security, roles, backups, error alerts and a sensible way to ship changes usually come later or not at all. We review the app as it stands, close the gaps, and then build the next features on the same code.
For founders and small product or operations teams at companies of 5 to 1,000 people with an app on Supabase and Vercel that real users now depend on.

What changes in a normal week.
Today
- Row-level security is off on some tables, or set to a rule that lets any signed-in user read everything.
- Everyone on the team shares an admin login, and there is no record of who changed what.
- Changes are pushed straight to production, and an error is found when a user reports it.
- Scheduled jobs and emails run from code nobody has reviewed, with keys stored in the front end.
After the build
- Each table has access rules that are written down and tested, so users see only their own records.
- Each person has an invited account with a role, and roles are enforced on the server.
- Changes go through a preview deployment on Vercel and a short check before they reach production.
- Secrets live on the server, jobs are scheduled and logged, and errors alert a named person.
What we build
The systems behind the change.
Built in your accounts, at a fixed price agreed after the audit. Builds start at $1,500.
- Security and access review
Row-level security, auth settings, storage buckets and exposed keys checked table by table, with fixes applied and tested.
- Roles and named accounts
Invite-only sign-up, roles enforced on the server and an audit trail of changes.
- Release and monitoring set-up
Preview deployments, error tracking and alerts, so problems reach a person before a customer.
- New features on the same codebase
Scheduled jobs, transactional email, AI steps or new modules added to the app you have.

One to two weeks with the people who do the work. Each fix gets hours saved and a fixed price. Credited to the build.
- 03Build, from $1,500
Two-week sprints in your accounts, then 60 days of hypercare by the same engineers.
Questions
What people ask first.
Do we have to throw away what the AI tool built?
Rarely. Most of the code is fine to keep. The review tells you which parts need rewriting and which only need tests and access rules around them.
Can our own developer keep working on it while you do this?
Yes. We work in your repository and your Supabase and Vercel projects, through pull requests your developer can review.
How long does a hardening review take?
The audit takes 1 to 2 weeks and costs $500, credited to the build. The fixes are priced after it, at a fixed price.
Who looks after it once it is live?
You do, with 60 days of hypercare from us after go-live. After that a care plan from $50 a month covers monitoring and small fixes if you want it.
