For WhatsApp-run businesses

Automation for businesses that take orders and talk to customers on WhatsApp.

In India and many other markets, WhatsApp is where business happens. Customers send orders as messages and photos, salespeople forward them to the office, and the office types them into Tally, Zoho or a sheet. We keep WhatsApp as the channel your customers use and connect it to the systems behind it.

For owners and operations leads at distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers and service businesses of 5 to 1,000 people whose customers order and ask questions on WhatsApp.

Read how it was measured

Before and after

What changes in a normal week.

Today

  • Orders arrive across a dozen personal WhatsApp numbers, and some are missed when a salesperson is on leave.
  • Someone in the office reads each chat and types the order into the accounts system or a sheet.
  • Customers message to ask where their order is, and staff check three places before replying.
  • The product catalogue is a set of PDFs and photos forwarded from phone to phone.

After the build

  • Customers message one business number, and each conversation is visible to the team with an owner assigned.
  • Confirmed orders are written into your accounts system once, with a person checking anything the system cannot read.
  • Customers get a WhatsApp message when their order is confirmed, invoiced and dispatched.
  • Approved customers browse a current catalogue online and order from it.

What we build

The systems behind the change.

Built in your accounts, at a fixed price agreed after the audit. Builds start at $1,500.

  • One WhatsApp Business number for the team

The WhatsApp Business API set up with shared access, templates you approve and conversations logged to the customer record.

  • Order capture into your accounts

Orders confirmed in chat written to Zoho Books or your system of record, and invoices raised from the same entry.

  • Status updates without the chasing

Confirmation, dispatch and payment messages sent when the order record changes.

  • Trade catalogue portal

A catalogue only verified customers can see, with orders placed from it landing in the same system.

How it starts

Three steps, each with a price.

  1. 01Discovery call

Thirty minutes on the work your team does by hand. Free, and you leave with a yes or no on fit.

  2. 02Automation Audit, $500

One to two weeks with the people who do the work. Each fix gets hours saved and a fixed price. Credited to the build.

  3. 03Build, from $1,500

Two-week sprints in your accounts, then 60 days of hypercare by the same engineers.

Questions

What people ask first.

Our customers will not use an app or a website. Will they have to?

No. They keep messaging you on WhatsApp. The changes are on your side: which number they message, and what happens to the order after they send it.

Will WhatsApp block our number?

The Business API has rules on templates and on messaging people who have not written to you recently. We set it up within those rules and use approved templates for updates, which is what keeps the number in good standing.

Our accounts are in Tally. Does that matter?

The pattern is the same. The audit looks at how your accounts system accepts data and what it costs to connect, and we price the build after that.

What does WhatsApp cost to run?

Meta charges per conversation, and the provider adds a small fee. We estimate the monthly running cost from your order volumes during the audit.

Bring one process your team still runs by hand.

On a discovery call we look at how it runs today and tell you what it would take to change it, with a price. The call is free.
