For Zoho teams
Automation for companies that run on Zoho Books, Zoho CRM and the rest of Zoho.
Zoho covers a lot for the price, and many companies end up with five or six of its apps. They do not always share data the way you would expect, and the work that falls between them, or between Zoho and WhatsApp, a warehouse or a website, is still done by hand. We build in your Zoho account and connect what is missing.
For owners, finance and operations leads at companies of 5 to 1,000 people using Zoho Books and Zoho CRM, often with other Zoho apps alongside.
less manual time for a building materials supplier invoicing in Zoho Books
Read how it was measuredBefore and after
What changes in a normal week.
Today
- A deal is won in Zoho CRM and someone re-enters the customer and items in Zoho Books to raise the invoice.
- Customer names and GST details differ between Zoho apps, so reports from each disagree.
- Orders confirmed on WhatsApp or by phone are typed into Zoho later, when someone has time.
- Custom functions written years ago break quietly, and nobody knows which ones still run.
After the build
- A won deal creates the estimate or invoice in Zoho Books from the same record, ready for a person to check and send.
- Customers are matched across Zoho apps on agreed fields, and duplicates are listed for someone to merge.
- Orders taken on WhatsApp are written into Zoho as they are confirmed, with the invoice raised from that record.
- The scripts and automations that matter are listed, tested and set to alert a named person when they fail.
What we build
The systems behind the change.
Built in your accounts, at a fixed price agreed after the audit. Builds start at $1,500.
- CRM to Books handover
Won deals in Zoho CRM turned into estimates and invoices in Zoho Books, with prices and tax taken from the item list.
- Order intake into Zoho
Orders from WhatsApp, email or a form written to Zoho Books once, with exceptions sent to a person.
- Operations app beside Zoho
Dispatch, delivery or job tracking that Zoho does not cover, in an internal tool that reads and writes to your Zoho data.

Questions
What people ask first.
Zoho already has workflows and Deluge. Why bring in another tool?
We use Zoho’s own automation where it fits. When a step involves tools outside Zoho, reading messages, or logic that is hard to test in Deluge, we use n8n or Make and keep it documented in your accounts.
Will it work with our Zoho plan?
Some features and API limits depend on the plan. The audit checks your plan and tells you if anything needs an upgrade before we price the build.
Our Zoho data is messy. Is that a problem?
It is normal. Part of the build is agreeing how customers and items are matched and cleaning the records the automation depends on.
