For no-code stacks
Help for teams whose operations run on Airtable or SmartSuite, Make or Zapier, and Softr.
A no-code stack gets a team a long way quickly. After a year or two there are dozens of scenarios nobody fully remembers, a monthly task bill that keeps rising, and a base where everyone can see everything. We audit what you have, fix what is fragile, and keep the tools you are used to wherever they still do the job.
For founders and operations leads at companies of 5 to 1,000 people who built their own systems on Airtable or SmartSuite with Make, Zapier and a Softr portal.

What changes in a normal week.
Today
- Forty scenarios run across Make and Zapier, some doing the same job twice, and one person knows how they fit together.
- A failed run is noticed when a customer complains or a number looks wrong at month end.
- The task or operations bill goes up each quarter and nobody is sure which automation is responsible.
- Everyone with access to the base can see salaries, margins or client details they do not need.
After the build
- Each automation is listed with its trigger, its owner and what it writes to, and the duplicates are removed.
- Failed runs alert a named person with the record that failed, so it is fixed the same day.
- Heavy or high-volume automations are rebuilt to use fewer tasks, or moved to n8n where that costs less.
- Interfaces and portals show each person only the records and fields their role needs.
What we build
The systems behind the change.
Built in your accounts, at a fixed price agreed after the audit. Builds start at $1,500.
- Automation audit and clean-up
Every scenario and Zap mapped, the broken and duplicated ones fixed or removed, and the rest documented.
- Permissions and portals
Softr or SmartSuite interfaces set up by role, so clients, staff and managers each see their own slice.
- Monitoring
Run failures and data checks reported to a person by Slack or email, with a weekly note on anything that ran late.
- A path off the base when you need it
Where a base has outgrown row or speed limits, a move to Supabase planned table by table while the team keeps working.

Questions
What people ask first.
Are you going to tell us to rebuild everything in code?
Only where the numbers say so. Many no-code stacks need fixing and documenting more than replacing. If one part has outgrown no-code, we will show you the cost of keeping it against the cost of moving it.
We built this ourselves. Will you need to take it over?
No. Everything stays in your accounts. We can fix and hand back, or keep looking after it on a care plan from $50 a month.
Airtable or SmartSuite?
Both work and we build on both. We have a comparison page on the differences, and we would only suggest a switch if your current one is blocking something specific.
