For heads of marketing

Get the weekly numbers and the sales handover out of spreadsheets.

Marketing teams lose a day a week exporting from ad platforms, email tools and the CRM to build a report, and then argue with sales about where leads went. We build the report from the source systems on a schedule and pass each lead to sales with its source and activity attached.

For heads of marketing at companies of 10 to 500 people who build reports by hand and hand leads over by email or spreadsheet.

Before and after

What changes in a normal week.

Today

  • Monday starts with exports from four tools pasted into one spreadsheet.
  • Leads are passed to sales in a sheet, and nobody knows which were followed up.
  • Attribution depends on whoever last tidied the UTM tags.
  • Questions from the board about cost per lead take a day to answer.

After the build

  • The weekly report is built overnight from the source platforms with a short note on what moved.
  • Each lead reaches the CRM with its source, campaign and pages viewed, and its owner is told.
  • Lead status flows back from sales, so you can see which campaigns produce deals.
  • Cost per lead and per deal are on a dashboard that updates without anyone exporting.

What we build

The systems behind the change.

Built in your accounts, at a fixed price agreed after the audit. Builds start at $1,500.

  • Scheduled campaign reporting

Spend, leads and conversions pulled from your platforms into one report, with a written summary of the week.

    Google Sheets
  • Lead handover to sales

Form and campaign leads written to the CRM with source and history, assigned to an owner and followed up if nobody acts.

  • Closed-loop status

Deal outcomes written back against the campaign that produced the lead, so spend can be judged on revenue.

Questions

What people ask first.

Our tracking is a mess. Can you still build the report?

Yes, and the audit shows where the gaps are. We fix the tagging that matters for the report first, and the report flags data it cannot trust.

Will sales accept leads handed over this way?

We agree the handover rules with sales during the audit, including what makes a lead ready and how fast they should act on it.

Do we need a new marketing tool?

Rarely. We build on HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo or whatever you run, plus a sheet or dashboard for the report.

Marketing leads

Bring one process your team still runs by hand.

On a discovery call we look at how it runs today and tell you what it would take to change it, with a price. The call is free.
