For CIOs and IT leads
Find the automations teams built without you and put them under your control.
Most companies now have Zapier accounts, AI tools and no-code apps that teams set up on a personal card. We list what is running, rebuild what matters in accounts IT owns, and set roles and logs so you know who can see and change what.
For IT leads and CIOs at companies of 50 to 1,000 people where teams have built their own automations and apps outside IT.

What changes in a normal week.
Today
- Business-critical workflows run on a Zapier account tied to one employee’s email.
- Teams paste customer data into AI tools nobody has reviewed.
- Shared logins mean you cannot tell who changed a record.
- When someone leaves, their automations stop and nobody knows why.
After the build
- Each automation is listed with an owner, the data it touches and the account it runs in.
- AI use runs through approved tools with rules on what data each may receive.
- Each user has a named login, and roles are checked on the server before changes are saved.
- Workflows run in company accounts with alerts to IT when a run fails.
What we build
The systems behind the change.
Built in your accounts, at a fixed price agreed after the audit. Builds start at $1,500.
- An inventory of what is running
Each automation, app and AI tool we find, listed with its owner, data and risk, so you can decide what stays.
- Rebuilds in accounts you own
The workflows that matter moved into company accounts, often self-hosted n8n, with secrets stored properly and changes logged.
- Access and monitoring
Named users, server-checked roles and error alerts on the tools your teams depend on.
Proof

Questions
What people ask first.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. We build in your accounts from the start and hand over the code, credentials and documentation at the end of the project.
How do you handle security reviews?
We answer your security questions in writing, work under a data processing agreement and list our subprocessors publicly. Builds pass a set of checks on access, secrets and logging before go-live.
Will you shut down tools teams rely on?
No. We rebuild first, run both side by side, and retire the old version only when the owner agrees the new one works.
