For HR and people leads
Set up new starters and handle leave without chasing anyone.
Onboarding one person can mean a dozen emails to IT, payroll and the hiring manager, and leave lives in a spreadsheet only HR can edit. We start the onboarding steps from the signed offer and move leave requests into a short flow that records the approval and updates the calendar.
For people leads at companies of 20 to 500 people who run onboarding and leave by email and spreadsheet.
Before and after
What changes in a normal week.
Today
- A signed offer starts a round of emails to IT, payroll and the hiring manager.
- New starters arrive to find their laptop or logins are not ready.
- Leave requests come by email or chat, and HR updates the sheet by hand.
- Managers ask HR for balances because they cannot see them.
After the build
- The signed offer creates the onboarding checklist and assigns each task to its owner.
- Accounts and equipment are requested on a timeline, and HR sees what is still open before the start date.
- Staff request leave in a form, their manager approves it in Slack, and the record updates.
- Managers see their team’s balances and calendar without asking.
What we build
The systems behind the change.
Built in your accounts, at a fixed price agreed after the audit. Builds start at $1,500.
- Onboarding from the signed offer
A signed offer in DocuSign starts the checklist, with tasks sent to IT, payroll and the manager and reminders before the start date.
- Leave requests and approvals
A short form, approval by the line manager in Slack, and the balance and team calendar updated from the decision.
- Named access for each person
Each new starter gets their own invited accounts with the right role, and access is listed so it can be removed when they leave.
Proof

Questions
What people ask first.
Where does employee data end up?
In your own accounts, under your access controls. We do not copy personal data into our systems, and we work under a data processing agreement.
Will this replace our HR system?
Usually not. If you have one, we connect to it. If you run on spreadsheets, we build a small base that does the job and can be moved later.
Can managers and staff use it without training?
They use forms and Slack messages they already know. We walk managers through it at launch and adjust anything that confuses people during hypercare.

On a discovery call we look at how it runs today and tell you what it would take to change it, with a price. The call is free.
