Teams on HubSpot
Keep HubSpot accurate and get each new lead to the right rep quickly.
HubSpot is the CRM most B2B teams of 10 to 1,000 run on, and its marketing and sales tools work well together. The CRM is only as good as what reps type in, so properties drift, contacts duplicate and inbound leads wait in a queue nobody owns. We clean the portal, then automate the capture, enrichment and routing that reps skip when they are busy.
For heads of sales and RevOps at companies of 5 to 1,000 people who run their pipeline in HubSpot and no longer trust its reports.
Before and after
What changes in a normal week.
Today
- Leads from forms, email and LinkedIn are added by hand, when someone remembers.
- The same company appears three times with different owners.
- Inbound leads sit unassigned overnight because the routing rules miss half the cases.
- Pipeline reports are rebuilt in a spreadsheet before each meeting.
After the build
- Each lead source writes to HubSpot through one capture step that removes duplicates.
- Companies and contacts are merged, with required properties checked on entry.
- New leads are scored against your customer profile and assigned to a rep with a Slack alert.
- Pipeline reports come straight from HubSpot because the fields behind them are filled in.
What we build
The systems behind the change.
Built in your accounts, at a fixed price agreed after the audit. Builds start at $1,500.
- Portal clean-up
Duplicates merged, properties pruned and the required fields agreed with sales before any sync is built.
- Lead capture and enrichment
Forms, inbox replies and booking links captured once, enriched from public data and written to HubSpot.
- Scoring and routing
An AI step scores each lead against your profile and a rule assigns it to a rep, with a person reviewing the unclear cases.
- Call notes back into the CRM
Call summaries written to the deal record so the next person sees what was said.

Questions
What people ask first.
Do we need a higher HubSpot tier for this?
Not always. The API is available on every tier, and we build routing and syncs outside HubSpot when your plan does not include its workflows feature.
Our portal is a mess. Where do we start?
With the clean-up. Syncing into duplicate contacts and inconsistent properties makes both worse, so the audit lists what to merge and which properties to keep before anything is connected.
Will reps lose control of their leads?
Routing follows rules your sales lead agrees, a rep can reassign a lead in HubSpot as usual, and anything the scoring is unsure about goes to a person.
Should we switch to Pipedrive or Attio instead?
Only if HubSpot does not fit the way you sell. Most data problems follow a team to its next CRM, so we fix the process first and compare the three when a switch is on the table.
